Brig Rajan Autar Mandhar brings over 34 years of military experience with domain specialization in administration, discipline and organizing abilities, essential for the running of a school. During his military assignments he has been the Dean of the Faculty of Management and Vice Principal of the College of Materials Management at Jabalpur. He also served as the Vice President (operations) of Checkmate Group of Companies at Vadodara. He kept in touch with the world of education during his career and did his MBA in SCM and HR followed by M.Phil. in Logistics Management.

At Vedanya, he strives to plough back to the society by contributing to nation building, through a nurturing environment for young minds.

Shruti is a seasoned professional with an experience of 11+ years in the field of Customer experience, Parent relations, Operations, Sales & Marketing. Her sojourn has been with diverse industries including the education sector, real estate & e-commerce

She is a self-driven, dedicated and a passionate professional. In the past, she has worked with Pathways World School, Ardee School & most recently at the Prometheus School, Noida as the Founder, Head Admissions. She enjoyed an opportunity to be a part of the core team, during her tenure with great success.
A Stallone fan she has imbibed his philosophy to heart when he says, “Going on one more round, when you don’t think you can, that’s what makes all the difference”, –Shruti is certainly a lifelong learner, risk taker, with a high level of integrity.
At Vedanya, she leads parent outreach and communications.

As an Administration Coordinator at Vedanya, Swati’s aim is to provide a new dimension to lend seamless support to the entire team. She shall also oversee relationship management with various stakeholders including parents of students and seeks to formulate initiatives which shall ensure healthy engagement and seamless flow of communication with all.

With an extensive education and experience of more than 5 years in Human Capital management across multiple industries like Training, F&B, Infrastructure and Real estate, she has been a keen learner throughout her journey and has imbibed the values of Servitude and Excellence.

A natural leader and self-starter, she represents the dynamic new cadre of young women workers in India. A super-organized, detail-oriented perfectionist, nothing misses her eye.

Swati loves travelling, reading, adventure sports and is always looking for new experiences.
