Sylvie Vercruysse

Sylvie is a member of the EMA Partners Executive Committee and serving as EMEA Chair. She’s also the Regional Practice Leader for the Global Payments and Transaction Services Practice group. In addition to taking on assignments in executive search, Sylvie conducts executive assessments for clients across industry sectors. She also holds a Board position with Lapauw International NV and has been a member of the Board of Stow International NV.

Prior to joining EMA Partners, Sylvie Vercruysse was the Director of Finance and Corporate Development at a privately-owned diversified holding company active in three sectors – building, chemicals and durable consumer goods. Sylvie has also held senior positions in Finance and Marketing with Procter & Gamble, Benelux.

Sylvie holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) and an MBA from INSEAD. She has also completed professional training in board effectiveness at Guberna (the Belgian Governance Institute) and is a certified MBTI Step 1 Practitioner.
