Fernanda is a Senior Consultant for EMA Partners Mexico and joined the company in 2017. Her area of expertise in conducting search assignments includes Retail, Technology, Start-ups, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, and B2B sectors. She has experience in Executive Search, managing senior and mid-level assignments from multinational to family/privately-owned companies. Prior to joining EMA Partners, Fernanda worked for a recognized personal care company and in social responsibility projects for Civil Associations.
Her experience in delivering searches is specialized in Digital such as: Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Agile, Scrum, Product Owner roles. Fernanda has a BA in Cultural and Social Entrepreneurship at Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master Internet Business (MIB) at ISDI. She is fluent in English.
