1. Priyanka Chopra In Alexander McQueen
The black Alexander McQueen gown Priyanka Chopra wore for Filmfare was, for me, the epitome of the perfect red-carpet look. Simple, chic and so dramatic! From the accessories to the hair and makeup, everything came together so perfectly.
2. Priyanka Chopra In Anamika Khanna
With absolutely clean hair, bright eyes and mouth, the Anamika Khanna jacket was the main highlight of this super chic look. And boy, she carried it so well on the red carpet! It represented an Indian designer, at the same time carrying the chicness of a western outfit. For me, that look was really special.
3. Alia Bhatt In Zuhair Murad
Another look worth mentioning is Alia’s at the IIFA awards. She wore a Zuhair Murad strapless gown with colored crystals all over. When she walked, moved, and got photographed, it looked like the entire galaxy was on her outfit. The look was absolutely stunning with so much of depth and beauty in it.
4. Alia Bhatt’s Manish Malhotra Lehenga
The other outfit that Alia wore for IIFA was a Manish Malhotra lehenga. The sleeves had beautiful embroidery and there was sheer net gliding up to the neck with a little bit of embroidery on the bust area. For me, the look was what young India represents. It was quintessentially Indian, but at the same time so young and fresh on the red carpet!
5. Kangna Ranaut’s Premiere Look
Kangna’s outfit for the premiere of ’Queen’ in Paris was a Ralph and Russo gown, and the look was literally mind-blowing. I have to tell you, the dress was very hard to fit into, but Kangna literally fit into the outfit so effortlessly! She looked like she had descended from heaven.
6. Athiya Shetty In Bibhu Mohapatra
Athiya Shetty looked absolutely stunning in a Bibhu Mohapatra purple georgette gown. We incorporated a tinge of this gorgeous hue on her eyes and the rest was kept natural. The gown had so much of drama with a such a vibrant and beautiful color.
