Our project provides all the basic necessities such as water supply, power connection and efficient sewage disposal processes. To deliver the same without failure, water supply is provided by GLADA; power connection by PPCL and sewage disposal by STP.

13. How do I book my home at Hero Homes Ludhiana?

Once you have chosen the apartment that you wish to book, our Sales Officers will be more than eager to facilitate you with the booking process. It is fairly simple and requires you to fill in an application form, provide certain documents and pay the initial booking amount by way of cheque/DD favoring "Hero Realty Pvt Ltd".

Documents typically required are:

A) Passport size photograph of the applicant / applicants with address proof
B) Identity Proof (Copies of Aadhar Card / Passport / Driver’s License) Pan Card Number

14. When do I get a confirmed allotment?

You can book your dream home by paying a booking amount of 10% of the Basic Sale Price, simultaneously the allotment will be confirmed.

15. What happens if I cancel my booking?

Unfortunately if such a case was to arise, 10% of the cost of your unit will have to be forfeited. (Explain clearly when the forfeiture clause will apply)

16. What is the process of registration & when does registration take place?
