Once you have chosen the apartment that you wish to book, our Sales Officers will be more than eager to facilitate you with the booking process. It is fairly simple and requires you to fill in an application form, provide certain documents and pay the initial booking amount by way of NEFT/Cheque/DD favoring “Vikas Park Pvt Ltd’’.
Documents typically required are:
- Passport size photograph of the applicant / applicants with address proof
- Identity Proof (Copies of Aadhar Card / Passport / Driver’s License) Pan Card Number
